Primavera arrivata, o quasi

March was really quite a weird month, meteorologically speaking. Rain, sun, snow, wind, heat. I didn’t know what to pull from the closet anymore. Fighting the desire to wear new clothes – swinging, feathery and colorful – and the need to fall back on jackets and tights. And then came spring, and with her the sun. For a little, only the part-time version, but still…we need to Carpe Diem!

Marzo è stato davvero un mese atipico, meteoricamente parlando. Pioggia, sole, neve, vento, caldo. Io non sapevo più cosa tirare fuori dall’armadio, combattuta fra la voglia di indossare capi nuovi, svolazzanti, colorati e l’obbligo a ripiegare su giacche imbottite e calze coprenti. E poi finalmente arrivò la tanto desiderata primavera e, con lei, il sole. Poco, in versione part time, ma l’importante, come si suol dire, è cogliere l’attimo!

So here came these shots, on a Saturday morning that had the scent of freshly baked bread, of staying out in the open air and wearing sunglasses. A Saturday spent laughing like crazy while people stared at me and Lucia as if we were some kind of aliens. Well yes, cause seeing friends taking photos of each other in the city centre isn’t everyday business, right? So why not enjoying this little show and watch the scene, amusing and capturing at the same time. We can say for sure we brought some laughter to Porta Romana, and I could finally wear the new trench by add!

Fu così che nacquero questi scatti, in un sabato mattina che ha il profumo del pane, della voglia di stare all’aperto, di indossare gli occhiali da sole. Un sabato a ridere come matte con i passanti che guardavano me e Lucia come due aliene. Sì perchè vedere due che si scattano foto in pieno centro non è uno spettacolo da tutti i giorni, e quale miglior passatempo per l’inizio del weekend se non quello di osservarle divertite? Che abbiamo portato il buon umore in Porta Romana questo è fuori dubbio e che io finalmente sia riuscita ad indossare il nuovo trench di add è una certezza!

I feel at ease when playing with shades of blue: jeans are the GAS pop-up (but I confess, no extra padding!), shoes are an old acquaintance, and the bag – which I adore – is the limited edition Travel Details by Trussardi in collaboration with Fondazione Veronesi. The rest you can see for yourselves! 🙂

Giocando sul blu mi sono sentita a mio agio: i jeans sono la versione GAS pop-up, ma – lo confesso – senza imbottiture, le scarpe sono una vecchia conoscenza, la borsa è la limited edition Travel Details realizzata da Trussardi in collaborazione con la Fondazione Veronesi, che adoro.
