Some anniversaries do not need excess or extravagance, but experiences that genuinely make us feel good. The kind of days that allow us to slow down, disconnect from routine and rediscover a balance made of simple things: a SPA surrounded by silence, a table full of stories, a toast shared with the right people.
The 80th anniversary of Masottina was celebrated exactly this way. Two days where wellness and conviviality naturally intertwined, creating that authentic atmosphere that turns an experience into a lasting memory.
The weekend began at Relilax Miramonti, surrounded by the peaceful landscape of the Euganean Hills.
The afternoon dedicated to the SPA, wellness paths and treatments was the perfect way to immediately step into a slower rhythm, far away from everyday routines. The brushing massage was one of those simple yet deeply regenerating rituals able to restore both energy and balance. And perhaps that was the real thread connecting the entire experience: celebrating an important milestone through a contemporary idea of wellbeing, made of care, attention and quality time.

In the evening, however, the atmosphere shifted.
An aperitivo, dinner and a large table filled with people, glasses and conversations, all accompanied by the wines of Masottina. The aperitivo featured a small experience combining rosé wines and cocktails made with the winery’s Prosecco, a light and engaging way to discover curiosities and details about the wines through aromas, pairings and stories.
Dinner then unfolded around a large round table, with a vertical tasting accompanying the entire evening in a convivial and relaxed atmosphere filled with toasts, conversations and that effortless lightness that belongs to truly successful evenings. To finish, a cedar sorbet paired with Masottina Prosecco grappa, a fresh and unexpected finale to a dinner designed not only for tasting, but above all for sharing.

The following morning we headed to Conegliano to visit the winery and discover more about the work behind each label.
The hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2019, possess an elegant and quiet beauty that immediately slows your pace. A landscape of vineyards sculpted into the hillsides, small villages and a wine culture deeply connected to the territory.

Walking through the winery spaces, following the production journey and listening to the story behind these 80 years makes the experience even more engaging. The architecture immediately stands out for its contemporary and essential style: developed vertically and perfectly integrated into the hillside, it alternates concrete, steel, glass and large wooden elements inspired by the Venetian world and the shape of gondolas, creating a continuous dialogue between architecture, landscape and Venetian identity.
Even the production areas convey a strong sense of precision and research, with large stainless steel tanks arranged almost scenographically, revealing the most technical and contemporary side of production.
The entire production philosophy is designed to enhance the identity of the territory, with particular attention to the Rive di Ogliano, considered among the finest expressions of Conegliano Valdobbiadene. Here the grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand on the steep hillside vineyards, following the timing and characteristics of each individual plot.

To conclude these two days, lunch at Antica Guizza accompanied once again by the wines of Masottina. An authentic and convivial table, filled with local flavours and that refined simplicity that always makes people feel welcome.
And perhaps the true meaning of this celebration was exactly this: remembering that taking care of people also means creating thoughtful experiences, relaxed moments and authentic opportunities to share time together.
These two days with Masottina represented the perfect balance between relaxation and togetherness, wellness and conviviality. An elegant and contemporary way to celebrate 80 years of history while always keeping territory, hospitality and the pleasure of sharing at the centre.
